We appointed Dawn after our property had been on the market with another agent for around 5 months without selling.  Dawn secured an offer, which lead to a sale, on our property within 4 months of appointing her.  Dawn was always great to deal with. After we found our first property in Javea with Dawn 3,5 years ago, it was logical for us to get in touch with her again for our new search which started about 1,5 years ago. This time the search was a bit more complicated due to the specific requirements / wishes we had for this new property. A very important factor in this search was the relationship built between us and Dawn and her being on top of everything. We could trust her and she would immediately tell us if something would not be right for us.

Dawn has such great knowledge and network in the region and we admire her persistence, especially at times we thought we would never find that specific property. We purchased our property in Javea with the help of Dawn from Javea Casas. We were in touch by email some weeks before our visit and we gave her our requirements and preferences. Together we researched a selection of properties, their locations and any possible negative points, and with Dawn´s help we were able to choose a selection of those which would be most suitable for viewing.  Dawn organized for us a very effective agenda with a viewing tour during a few days. She also shared with us some valuable Javea and property information, so that we were able to assess, reflect and decide but also enjoy, what we wanted and needed.

What a pleasure it was to meet Dawn after valuations from many of the larger estate agents.  She truly understood that our Finca was different, old and still with many of the original features. She did her homework, a detailed research of other similar properties. Came back with a good valuation based on solid facts so we therefore put it on the market with Dawn (Javea Casas) in 2020.

It didn’t take her long to establish interest with many viewings almost immediately. Her professionalism both with us and with clients went above and beyond our expectations.
