In the last ten years I have visited hundreds of properties in Javea, Moraira and surrounding areas, showing my clients property. Many agents, sellers and sales people believe that they can SELL a property. This is a mistake a lot of people make. Prospective purchasers do exactly that, purchase!

They buy Javea property because they want the dream, the area, the lovely view, the layout of the villa or apartment, the whole picture. Don't show them the central heating boiler or the wall that use to be a doorway or the gold taps. It doesn't matter! Keep your javea property clean and tidy, free of nasty odors and ask a sensible price.

Because we live in Javea, near Moraira, we have a head start on other property being sold or should I say purchased in other areas. Javea and Moraira are wonderful places to live and holiday.
