Rise in Property Value on Javea, Costa Blanca, Update.

Costa Blanca News of February 4, the value of new homes rose by around 20 per cent during 2004, according to figures released by the National Statistics Institute. In its analysis of the current housing market the institute says that rises slowed down during the year comparing an 18 per cent rise in the first quarter with only a 1.8 per rise between July and November.
