We have been waiting for almost 3 years and now our apartment is ready and the cert of habitation is now available. What I now need is the name of a reliable builder, plumber, carpenter and a cleaning/ keyholding service. The apartment is not for rent but I have 4 grown up kids with partners, who are not as fastidious as we are any assistance would be appreciated Regards Joe
