Xabia or Javea

Our quality of life is excellent, here in Javea/Xabia. The daily sunshine hours in Javea/Xabia, compared to England, Scotland and Wales are more than triple. The cost of living is more than half than that of our northern neighbours. The culture, easy stress free attitude is good for the soul. Children can play out-doors without their parents worrying.

The average temperature in December and January is around 16-21c in the sun and it drops to 10-12c at night. The vivid, wonderful colours and brightness, during the winter months, is just making our whole attitude to life in Javea, truly fantastic! Why don't you come and join us!!
