Canis Restaurant

We were seated inside, due to the wet weather which normally haunts the British Isles at Easter. There is a large outside seating area with a pergola, where you can see the coast and down the valley to Calpe.

The fish soup and boquerones fritos soon warmed us up. The salmon salad was very tasty and well presented.

What can we say about the paella mixta?? Fantastic, full of content and flavour, one of the best that we have sampled in years!! The homemade sweets were finger licking good and decoratively presented. We shall return very soon, with the sun shining and the great views, down to the Penon de ifach. Canis is a great place to eat.
